Job Summary

• 모집 부서: SC증권 M&A부

• 모집 직무: M&A 거래 자문 관련

• 모집 인원: 1명 (부장 이하) 

Key Responsibilities

• Valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF, etc.)

• Preparation of pitchbooks and other marketing materials for client presentations

• Assisting in transaction execution, including preparing marketing materials and conducting due diligence

• Research & collation of macroeconomic, industry and company specific information

• Carrying out other day-to-day activities

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modeling

• Knowledge in finance and accounting

• Fluency in Korean and English

Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of M&A experience, preferably at a global investment bank.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and market research tools such as Thomson and Bloomberg
