Who You'll Work With
You will be based in Seoul office as part of our Financial Institution Group (FIG) practice.
You will help our clients in the retail & corporate banking, investment banking, insurance and other financial services sectors solve their most pressing problems. You will join a highly entrepreneurial team of consultants dedicated to growing and developing the impact of the FIG practice.

Your impact within our firm
You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained.
You will focus for 18 months on truly mastering FIG Operations consulting, after which you may be offered a permanent role depending on the performance and office situation.
In this role, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. You will engage at a deep level across our FIG sector clients’ operations, from policy and strategy to service transformation and implementation. You will work on projects that improve outcomes, drive innovation and economic opportunity, and ensure FIG funds are spent efficiently and effectively. You will partake in client development and workshops for new and current clients, and write proposals for new client engagements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead internal knowledge building initiatives and contribute to conferences and workshops.
Lastly, you will analyze data to identify opportunities and drive performance. You will set up and manage project management systems to track performance, and you will have the chance to strengthen your specific technical/sector expertise to offer specialist delivery support to clients.
Upon successful completion of the program, you may be considered for a full-time role. The role/title could be changed during the process depending on the candidate's expertise and interview result.
Your qualifications and skills
Undergraduate and/or master’s degree with business or finance background preferred; strong record of academic achievement
5+ years of work experience is a requirement
Experience in FIG operations (e.g., operation management, risk management, underwriting, credit score modeling, etc.); consulting firm experience is a must
Clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic, and/or extracurricular setting
Ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas
Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and in Korean
